Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps
Vooner’s Cone port pumps are the standard of quality in the world market for vacuum solutions involving carry-over of liquids or solids and having the ability to re-establish original clearances and, therefore, recovering performance. Cone port openings are large enough to allow the carryover of process liquids (including condensing spray from the inlet) and erosive solids from the process.

Separators
The inlet separator is necessary for any vacuum box application that removes water. By removing water and fiber from reaching the vacuum pump will ensure consistent vacuum levels during operation. If the vacuum pump processes this extra water and solids it can cause vacuum surging, buildup and erosion in the vacuum pump, plus premature belt and motor failure.

Our actuators are highly engineered precision oscillators. We have professional and technical personnel who will ensure the high-quality standards of our equipment. We offer an “in-house” actuator repair program that guarantees that our actuators meet “like new” specifications. We analyze, and document returns which allows us to diagnose major problems that could be re-occurring on a consistent basis.
