The Standard Full Flow Sealing Liquid Control System is offered as an option for each Vooner liquid ring vacuum pump. This package includes the components necessary to properly regulate sealant flow to the vacuum pump. If this option is chosen, the pump will be shipped with the sealing liquid control system assembled and pre-piped to the vacuum pump.

  • Temperature Gauge - measures water temperature
  • Solenoid Valve - stops water flow when pump motor is stopped
  • Pressure Gauges - measure water pressure before and after orifice union to determine flow
  • "Y" strainer - protects system components
  • Orifice Union - measures water flow with P Gauges
  • Shut-off Valve - starts/stops water flow
  • Flow Control Valve - adjusts seal water flow
