Additional Information

  • Designed to fit all new and existing CVN brush showers.
  • Automatic cleaning cycle - programmable from 1-12 hours between cleaning.
  • Automated pneumatic purge valve to flush debris out of the shower.
  • Operator initiated cleaning at the push of a button.
  • Brush mechanism and flush valve are separate which allows full velocity flushing cleaning cycle and unrestricted operation of the brush mechanism.
  • CVN Brush Showers and Shower-in-Pipe both stationary and oscillating are available with a wide variety of SS needle and fan nozzles. CVN Actuator/Oscillators are available.
The Automated Brush Rotation System is mounted and supported on the end of the shower pipe with a victaulic coupling. The pneumatic flushing valve may be located on either end of the shower depending if a shower actuator/ oscillator is also installed on the system.

The victaulic coupling between pipe and brush mechanism allows easy removal of the brush mechanism. The brush mechanism is self supporting within the shower pipe and the brushes and brush rod are in 316L stainless steel. All other wetted parts are in 316L stainless steel.

The brush rotation when activated rotates five complete revolutions, then rotates the opposite direction clockwise/ counter clockwise on the next activation cycle. This prevents a broom effect on the brushes. Shower nozzle tips extend slightly into the inside shower pipe for effective cleaning without deforming the brushes.

The Automated Brush Rotation System is designed to fit all new and existing CVN brush showers with manual brush rotating mechanisms. Simply remove the coupling, replace the shaft extension, and reassemble shower.
