The pump you have configured is a VG7B-M The "B," "Basic Pump" combination of materials of construction have Vooner’s standard VaneGard® stainless steel rotor to protect airflow for the long term. The other components are made of cast iron with a carbon steel shaft. Standard patented Removable Bearing Carriers greatly reduce the cost of maintaining and changing bearings without removing the pump from its system, and disassembling the pump to change a bearing. 316 stainless steel packing gland, studs and nuts keep this area clean and corrosion free.
