The "SS4" pump components are constructed entirely of cast 304 stainless steel with Vooner’s 316 stainless steel shaft and 316 stainless steel packing gland, studs and nuts. The chrome and nickel content are the same as 316 and offer the same erosion protection as 316 stainless steel.
