1. What does
the Vooner product line consist of?
Vooner manufactures a complete line of liquid ring vacuum pumps and
compressors beginning at 200 ACFM and going up to 15,400 ACFM in capacity.
In addition, we can supply motors, drives, bases, guards, separators
and almost any other vacuum system accessory you can ask for.
2. Does Vooner have a sales representative in my
area?
More than likely, the answer is yes. Vooner has a network of representatives
throughout the U.S., Mexico, Canada, South America, The Philippines,
and India.
3. Can Vooner help me with my vacuum system problems?
Yes! Vooner engineers are able to help with virtually any vacuum system
problem. We can perform system Feasibility Studies to provide you
with actual pump operating capabilities through performance testing,
all the way from the application through analysis of your drives,
piping, separation systems and seal water systems. Our final step
is to provide a complete energy cost analysis.
4. Does Vooner offer repair services and do you
have used pumps for sale?
Yes to both! As we sell new pumps, we are often involved in taking
the pump we replace in exchange for the new pump. These exchanges
allow us to offer used pumps that are completely remanufactured to
rigid standards and performance tested to guarantee operation. Vooner
has a complete inventory of parts for repair of Vooner pumps and will
repair pumps from other manufacturers to the same high standards we
apply to our own pumps. Vooner will test all of the repairs on one
of its three test stands for a guarantee of performance prior to shipment.
5. What is your Vooner VacuTech Seminar all about?
Vooner offers a training seminar dedicated to educating engineers,
operators and maintenance personnel in the finer details of vacuum
pumps and vacuum systems. This day long seminar begins with the basics
of what vacuum is, through vacuum pump operating techniques, system
design and operation and maintenance concerns. Generally, classes
are geared to specific industries and are conducted at a central location
to accommodate many different companies or, can be set up to address
a specific company and its needs, often on the company site.
6. Can Vooner design, engineer and build package systems to suit my
particular system requirements?
Yes! Vooner has the ability to design and engineer packages to suit
your system requirements. We have built packages for use in many different
industrial applications and we would be happy to review your needs
and to offer our solutions. We have in-house capabilities for fabricating
these packages to your specifications.
7. Will a Vooner pump fit in my existing pump location?
In many cases, the answer is yes. If you are currently operating a
"CL" series pump, our Vooner VG series pumps will provide
direct, bolt-in replacement. Our pumps have the same mounting dimensions,
same shaft centerline and diameter dimensions and the same flange
size and locations as the "CL" series it is replacing. If
your pump is not a "CL" series pump, we can offer our pumps
with adapter bases and various drive arrangements to fit your existing
installation as closely as possible.
